On the weekend, you’re less rushed and can have a great breakfast before your busy yet fun plans. You need lots of energy for these days and you can get it in the most delicious way. These breakfast kebabs are stacks of bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomato which is a fully-loaded farm-style breafkast you often have on your plate anyway. However, stacked, these kebabs look great for presentation when you want to surprise your friends who are over for brunch.
Unless you’ve got the space and some extra hands to help, each ingredient will be cooked separately but it’s not all bad. As the bacon is cooked first, that fat is going to be used to fry the mushrooms which is never not tasty. The eggs should be made right at the end for each individual stack. Make your first layer some toast and then start stacking. This is a great recipe to make with your friends because you want everything to be warm and perfect with each bit.
It’s time to stack flavours and all of your favourite breakfast ingredients. Try these breakfast kebabs with your friends for brunch this weekend.
