A Breakfast Bagel is also a great way to eat your healthy breakfast if you are in a rush because it’s so quick to put together. Bagels are the perfect vessel for the kids’ lunchbox as well as they go to school.

If you enjoy a healthy diet, you might already know about all the great things happening on this sandwich. Salmon is a great protein source, as well as the important Omega-3 fatty acids kick that you need every week. The eggs provide more protein and fats and you can prepare them fried or scrambled depending on your preference.

Topping the Breakfast Bagel off with microgreens, radish and avocado and tomato adds more vitamins, minerals and healthy fats to the breakfast party. Each bagel is a perfect 405 calories.

Ingredients

  • 3 3 Multigrain bagels

  • 60 g 60 Smoked salmon

  • ¼ ¼ Diced avocado

  • 2 medium 2 Eggs

  • 10 g 10 Diced radish

  • ½ cup ½ Diced tomato

  • 5 g 5 Microgreens, beet greens

  • 1 pinch 1 Salt

  • 1 pinch 1 Pepper

Method

  • Take the 2 bagels and cut them horizontally in half.
  • Place into the toaster until desired texture.
  • Place the toasted bagels onto a plate and add the smoked salmon, avocado, diced radish and tomato and microgreens.
  • Fry the eggs on a small pan, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Place on top of the bagel and serve.
