Many of us have been at home more, watching our favourite cooking shows on TV or YouTube. Did they inspire you to start cooking a bit more creatively? Did they solidify your love of cooking, giving you more challenging recipes to try? Well, our Blueberry & Coconut Panna Cotta might not be challenging but it is a winner in every sense of the word. With simple ingredients, you can create a sweet, smooth and fruity dessert that tastes as good as it looks on the plate. There might not be judges, but your friends and family will give you the highest score possible.

Our Blueberry & Coconut Panna Cotta recipe has the familiar taste of vanilla and the addition of coconut adds a tasty new dimension. Panna cotta is a smooth jelly-like dessert that always tastes just right. Your homemade blueberry compote adds sweetness, texture and that fruity kick which brings the whole dessert together. Give your desserts enough time to set properly before removing them from their moulds. If you have a fancy dinner party or just want to spoil your friends and family, our panna cotta is the right choice.

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Blueberry compote
  • 3/4 cup berries, frozen or fresh

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
