How to prepare stuffed piquanté peppers

Basically, it is a tasty combination of cream cheese, mashed potato, garlic, parsley and seasoning to taste. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe into the piquanté peppers, pop into the oven for 5 minutes or until golden and you have an incredibly delicious side dish to serve.

If you want to make these stuffed peppers even more indulgent, sprinkle some cheese over the peppers before popping them into the oven and you will have cheese oozing all over these peppers.

  • 4 piquanté pepper

  • 120 g cream cheese at room temperature

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 handful fresh parsley chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 150 g potato mash


  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic, chopped parsley and mashed potato stirring until evenly incorporated.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the filling into the peppers.
  • Put in a pre-heated oven for 5 minutes or until the peppers are golden. Serve immediately
