Ingredients

  • 800 g 800 chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons 2 mixed Italian herbs

  • 1 handful 1 basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons 2 soya sauce

  • 2 tablespoons 2 BBQ sauce

  • 4 tablespoons 4 olive oil

  • 1 tsp 1 salt and pepper

  • 3 tablespoons 3 lemon juice

Method

  • Butterfly the breasts with a sharp knife.
  • In a bowl mix Italian herbs, soya sauce, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Chop half of the basil and add it to the mixture.
  • Pour in the chicken breast so that it can marinate for 5minutes. While resting, heat the stove and heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, place the marinated chicken breasts in the pan and fry them. Turn the chicken breasts crisp and brush on top with the remaining marinade. Keep cooking until it is nice and tender. When cooked, brush it with the marinade, so the meat will stay soft.
  • Serve with the remaining basil leaves.
