Comfort food at its best! This beef and sausage lasagna is the ultimate comfort meal on a cold and rainy winter’s day. Loaded with creamy flavours and oozing melted cheese, this pasta dish is an old favourite that never gets old no matter how many times you prepare it.

This recipe plays around with alternative flavours that will have you smacking your lips in delight. Instead of just using minced beef, it also includes Italian sausages for another dimension of flavour. This recipe also includes a delicious ricotta cheese mixture to add to this indulgent meal.

Alternatives to your beef and sausage lasagna

If you want to take a break from meat, why not prepare a delicious spinach lasagna? This is a highly recommended vegetarian dish.

Want to ditch red meat? Make a chicken lasagna. Instead of preparing red sauce going with the red meat, try a creamy white sauce that will pair excellently with spinach and chicken.
