  • 4 4 bananas

  • ½ ½ lime juice

  • ¼ teaspoon ¼ cinnamon

  • 80 g 80 maple syrup

  • 80 g 80 coconut


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper or foil.
  • Slice the bananas in half, lengthways, with the skin on.
  • Place the bananas on the prepared baking tray and squeeze the lime juice evenly over the bananas.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
  • Bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • When done baking, sprinkle maple syrup on top and the coconut and serve.
