The Golden Globes 2023 red carpet set the standard for this year’s awards season as celebs stunned in some of the most beautiful and unique fashion.

Babylon star Margot Robbie hit the red carpet in a custom Chanel gown that reportedly took 750 hours to create.

MARGOT ROBBIE STUNS IN CHANEL GOWN

Margot Robbie hit the 2023 Golden Globes red carpet in a dress that made heads turn.

The three-time nominee stunned in a baby pink Chantilly lace and silk tulle Chanel gown with a chevron bodice, inspired by the label’s Fall/Winter 2022 Haute Couture collection, as per People.

Styled by Kate Young, the dress took up 750 hours of work and consist of 30 000 elements of embroidery including sequins, bugle beads and feathers.

Young tells E!’s Zanna Roberts that the inspiration for Robbie’s look, comes from her “Hollywood powerhouse” energy.

PRETTY IN PINK

Robbie, who is Chanel’s brand ambassador completed the look with a striking brooch in the center of the gown’s neckline, and a pair of 18K white gold and diamond earrings courtesy of the French fashion house.

For her makeup, the actress went for a natural look. She wore a rose-hued lipstick and opted for pink blush using all Chanel beauty must-haves.

The soft details continued through her loose waves and natural manicure.

As her nail artist, Tom Bachik explains on Instagram: “A little high maintenance never hurt anyone, but if looks could kill we’d all be goners!”

Robbie was recognised as best actress (musical/comedy) for her role in Babylon. The actress plays aspiring Old Hollywood actress Nellie LaRoy in the Damien Chazelle film, which has earned a nomination for best picture (musical/comedy) as well as two additional acting nods among the cast and one for best score.

She was first nominated in the category for her role in I, Tonya in 2018.
