IS LESS MORE? OR IS MORE, MORE?

Zozi Tunzi posted a video of herself rocking head-to-toe animal print in a custom-made piece by fashion house OM Style Avenue.

The bold look featured a wide-brimmed hat and tailored pantsuit with a sexy cut-out in the back and matching gloves.

The Eastern Cape beauty was attending the Lusaka July — an annual event that blends the sport of polo with fashion — on 4 September in Zambia, and naturally made a grand entrance on the red carpet.

She quoted Ethiopian designer Mahlet Afework in her caption, stating: “”There is beauty in everything and there is beauty in African fashion”.

Zozi’s lovely leopard print got a thumbs up from her celebrity pals, including presenter Thando Thabethe, singer Shekhinah and fellow former Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie.

And it seems Zozi Tunzi’s amazing animal print ensemble is a bang on – fashion experts claim bold looks are the way to go in 2021.

Similar looks have been seen on runways around the world, and from fashion houses like Tom Ford, Michael Kors and Christian Dior.

And Moschino designer Jeremy Scott concurs.

He said of the label’s new collection: “Comfort schmomfort! What we need now more than ever is fantasy and glamour and things that make you feel wonderful, and I don’t think sweatpants do that”.
