Miss South Africa has promised to deliver a world class line-up at their finale which takes place this weekend
The beauty pageant will be crowning their new winner on Saturday 16 October at the GrandWest Casino and Entertainment Area in Cape Town.
And it’s not just the Top 10 we will see strut their stuff at the R750 a ticket show – the guest list is one for the books…
TV personalities Anele Mdoda and Nico Panagio will be co-hosting the glitzy event.
Former Miss Universe’s Zozibini Tunzi, Catriona Gray and Pia Wurtzbach as well as and current title holder Andrea Meza will be on hand to offer their moral support.
Miss World 2021 Toni-Ann Singh and Miss Supranational 2021 Chanique Rabe will also jet into the Mother City to attend.
Former Miss South Africa queens Basetsana Kumalo and Tamaryn Green – who recently tied the knot – will join Andrea and Pia in selecting a queen with both beauty and brains.
Added to the mix is radio and TV personality Dineo Ranaka, The Queen actress Shannon Esra as well as the vice-chancellor of the University of Cape Town, Mamokgethi Phakeng.
Whilst he hasn’t confirmed it, we’re sure Olympic swimmer Chad Le Clos will be in the crowds cheering on his girlfriend, finalist Jeanni Mulder who is competing for the crown.
Julia Morley, a former model and CEO of Miss World has also been marked to attend the show.
And entertainment journalist Margaret Gardener – who won the title in 1978 and went on to claim the Miss Universe crown will also share in the fun.
Guests will be on their feet with musical acts like the Ndlovu Youth Choir – who finished in the Top 5 of talent show America’s Got Talent in 2020 , Zakes Bantwini and gospel singer Ntokozo Mbambo.
