Daniel Craig revealed that he didn’t think he was physically capable of making another Bond movie. He told Total Film magazine that his decision was very cut and dried that he wasn’t coming back.

“I went and did other things. I got some separation. My family forgave me for being away from home for that length of time.”

According to the British actor, he was prepared to walk away from the Bond series after injuring his knee while filming Spectre. Producers of the franchise however lured Craig back by sharing the plot points for No Time To Die

“Something to do with Vesper (Eva Green’s character) and Spectre, and something that was connected, in a way. It started to formulate. And I thought, here we go.”

He further mentioned that he was happy with his final appearance in the Bond series.

“In terms of closing the story, the circle is complete now. It feels emotionally satisfying.”

Daniel Craig’s co-star Ben Whishaw, who plays Q, hinted that the film finishes the plots from the previous films.
