Zandie Khumalo, the estranged sister of Kelly Khumalo, has made headlines once again for her personal life…

But this time it’s nothing to do with her older sibling whom she “divorced” last year.

The young singer had her followers confused after she posted — and then deleted — a picture announcing her pregnancy.

ZANDIE KHUMALO: PREGNANT OR NOT?

Zandie Khumalo spurned pregnancy rumours when she posted a picture of what looked to be her baby bump alongside the caption:

“A journey that is exciting and very scary at the same time but worth it, I wanna thank God…I’m 8 months in today and I can’t believe it’s almost time”.

Zandie even revealed that her baby would be named “Zenala” after her EP which is due for release this week.

But the happy announcement did not last long as the star deleted the image shortly thereafter.

Zandie Khumalo’s pregnancy ‘announcement’

Despite the confusion, Zandie confirmed the news to publication TshisaLIVE by stating:

“Yes, I have an EP coming out today midnight and it’s called Zenala…named after my baby”.

WILL SISTER KELLY KHUMALO SHARE IN THE HAPPY NEWS?

The season two finale of Life with Kelly Khumalo gave an update on the sisters’ spat which dates back to 2019 and involves Mhlo Gumede, the husband of Zandie Khumalo.

“You were not only after me, you are after my career, everything that I have built. Her plan was to destroy me,” Kelly says in the emotional clip of her sibling.

But viewers are still holding on to the hope that the sisters reconcile  — especially following the pregnancy announcement. After all, a new baby has a way of doing that.

And it seems Zandie’s impending motherhood may incline Kelly to do so. In a video posted on her Instagram account she calls her own children — Thingo and Christian — “angels”.
