Young, Famous & African season one ended on the bombshell of Andile Ncube telling Diamond Platnumz that he has been “talking” to his “baby mama” Zari “The Boss Lady” Hassan… so what happened since then?

WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN ZARI HASSAN AND ANDILE NCUBE?
On the season finale of Young, Famous & African Andile Ncube showed up at Zari Hassan’s home after Annie Idbia and 2Baba’s wedding. To his surprise, Zari’s “baby daddy” Diamond Platnumz was there – who is Andile’s friend.
So, Andile took the moment to tell Diamond that he and Zari had been “talking”. However, it seems that he did not approve. Zari and Diamond have two children together. Andile sparked romance rumours with Zari in March 2022 when he posted a photo with Zari – just two days after season one released.

Andile is a father of four. His two “baby mamas” Rosette Ncwana and Sebabatso Mothibi. Both these women appear on the second season of Young, Famous & African.
On the first episode of season two, Zari revealed that she had not seen Andile since the night he came over after the wedding.
“Andile and I haven’t seen each other since Annie’s wedding night when he came to my house unannounced and finding Diamond there. Diamond and Andile were friends. It was very awkward, and things are still unresolved,” she said.
“There was chemistry between me and Andile. I actually fell for Andile,” she continued.

THE PAIR GO OUT ON A DATE
In the third episode of the series, Zari and Andile went out on a date to talk about their situation. Andile explained that he needed to pull away from the businesswoman because the world stops when Diamond enters a room.
“I understand that I need to pull away because Diamond comes in a room and your world stops. Not because Swanky said so, not because Naked said so, but because you say so,” he said.
Zari explained that Diamond is the father of her kids and they each feel safe around each other.
