Since the first episode of the Real Housewives van die Wynlande, Anita Lloyd from Paarl has left viewers either gasping in shock or laughing hysterically. She says it like it is, cursing all the way. But her comment about “Mammon” made Tweeps raise a few eyebrows.

She is one of the most talked about housewives in kykNET’s Real Housewives van die Wynlande, and has since the very first episode left viewers gushing. The wife of KWV CEO Boyce Lloyd, enjoys money and isn’t afraid to flaunt it.
And although viewers of the show got to know her as a straight shooter who isn’t afraid to speak her mind, one comment had Tweeps hot under the collar.
During one of the first episodes she talked about her love of money.
“We all serve Mammon. We are crazy about him, the money god. If I didn’t have money… I will jump off a building. It’s actually unimaginable,” she said.

Comments were soon flying all over Twitter.
“Flaunting their wealth while former #KWV workers struggling for years to get their #Keet share payouts. Some are dead already.,” one Tweep wrote.
“She is an honest woman, being poor is bad. As for worshipping Mammon, just go to church on Sunday and you will see. As for the conditioners of farmworkers and wages, ANC has betrayed the people, labor laws must be aggressively enforced. We must upgrade inspectors to cop level,” another wrote.

DESPITE CRITIQUE ANITA LLOYD REMAINS A FAVOURITE ON THE SHOW
Despite the many negative comments and critiques on social media, many Real Housewives van die Wynlande viewers are big fans of Anita on the show. And they are not afraid to spread the word on Twitter.
