‘Queen’: Tina Knowles-Lawson gushes over Blue Ivy on 11th birthday

Beyoncé Knowles and Shawn ‘JayZ’ Carter’s first daughter Blue Ivy Carter is growing up right before our eyes. The 11-year old is almost the height of her grandmother Tina Knowles-Lawson. The super loved musician’s daughter was adored by her stylish grandma in an Instagram birthday post on 7 January.

Knowles-Lawson shared a picture posing next to her first grandchild from Beyoncé which was taken on a quiet private beach. In her post, the stunning grandma admired Blue Ivy’s unique personality and said,

“The day that you were born was one of the best days of my life. I was really praying and pushing your mom to have you on January 4 which is my birthday. I really wanted you to share my birthday, but like your auntie Solo you decided to come when you were good and damn ready and that was on January 7 three days after my birthday.

“Knowing you and your personality now, I realize that you needed your own day because you were such a queen and you are so very special,” Knowles-Lawson added.

Beyoncé and JayZ’s daughter is an all rounded young lady. Her grandmother expressed how much she commended her multi-talented granddaughter as she revealed rare details of the various talents Blue Ivy had, and wrote,

“You can sing dance, play basketball, play, volleyball, paint draw, sculpt, sew, write poetry, write songs, create, act, play the piano! I could go on and on. Because there’s really nothing that you can’t do.”

In the post, Carter’s first daughter was praised for not just being as stunning as her famous pop-star mother, but it seemed Blue Ivy has also inherited her mother’s captivating personality and grace. The Carter’s first child was adored by her grandmother who penned,
