South African reality TV star Thobile “MaKhumalo” Mseleku has found herself getting slammed on Facebook after sharing relationship advice. According to the former Real Housewives of Durban star, women should not deprive their partners of sex in order to keep the relationship healthy. She also said that women can say no to things like doing ironing or other chores but should avoid saying no to having sex.

This did not sit well with some app users who accused her of trying to turn women into modern day sex slaves.

MaKhumalo’s advice slammed online

Thobile “MaKhumalo” Mseleku is a well known reality TV star and the third wife of TV presenter and serial polygamist Musa Mseleku.

The family shot to fame after their reality TV show Uthando Nes’thembu became a hit among South Africans.

Breaking away from the family’s fame, MaKhumalo went on to star in season two of RHOD and is currently co-hosting Mzansi Wethu’s reality series Ezomshado alongside her sister wife MaCele.

While she has been described as timid and banal by some social media users, she has gained quite a following online.

She recently managed to upset her followers after sharing relationship advice. Taking to Facebook, she wrote that people should never deprive their partners of sex.

“If you have a partner, you are married, engaged to be married, never ever deprive your partner sex. This one is coming from me, a married person. If there’s one thing I know isichitho that causes bad luck in relationships is lack of sex when you need it the most. So never ever deprive your partner sex. Even the Bible says don’t go to bed while you’re still angry,” she wrote.

She then went on to add that the bedroom was designed for lovemaking and that sex is love making.

“He will be happy with you and if he decides otherwise it will be his own business. You would have done your part as a woman. He will not go around complaining about sex,” she said according to a Daily Sun article.

The ladies are not happy

The post did not sit well with some of her female followers who accused her of inferring that women should be sex slaves.

PinkyMosebi-Rabotapi said:

“You’re talking about polygamy where you can’t say no because you have sex after days. Don’t advise women who stay with their men every day. You do get a break from sex. Don’t make women sex slaves when you only have sex less.”
