THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM FOR TREVOR NOAH

Announcing the news, Trevor Noah posted: “I’m super excited to be hosting the Grammys once again! Tune in Sunday, February 5th”.

The Soweto-born star also posted a picture of his Billboard music cover, in which he discussed the exciting news.

He told the publication: “For me, it’s a cheat code because I’m a fan of almost all the people who are there.”

Trevor Noah first hosted the Grammys in 2020 – amid the Covid-19 pandemic. He joins just three other longstanding hosts – LL Cool J, John Denver, and Andy Williams.

He continued: “I don’t think it’s normal to host it once, so I don’t have a great frame of reference for this.

“It is thrilling”.

The Grammys will return to Los Angeles for the first time since the pandemic. Trevor added: ” Now it’s exciting [because] it’ll be the first one for me back in L.A. — that’s hopefully not just normal, but different for the right reasons”.
