Dancing G4S employee trolled over Thabo Bester escape

Like many social media users, a G4S employee thought it would be a good idea to share a video of himself doing a viral dance challenge. Heading online, the security guard shared a clip of himself doing the ‘Yey’ dance challenge. While the clip did go viral online, it is not for the reasons the man expected.

In fact, the only reason why people were discussing the dance clip is because of Thabo Bester’s escape which happened under G4S management in May last year.

G4S employee trolled for dancing after Bester’s escape

The last few months have been jaw-dropping for South Africans who heard how the ‘Facebook Rapist’ Thabo Bester escaped from the Manguang Prison following years of running successful businesses behind bars.

With the help of his celebrity doctor lover Nandipha Magudumana and a few G4S employees, Bester was able to live the life of a free man for almost a year.

That is until he was spotted by social media users who recognised him from previous mugshots following his arrest and conviction in 2012.

Soon enough he was captured and put back behind bars along with first time offender Dr Nandi.

One G4S employee is feeling the heat of Bester’s escape after he headed online to share a video of himself doing a viral TikTok dance challenge while wearing his work clothes.

Social media users were not going to let the video go without a comment about Bester’s escape. Soon dozens of people jokingly asked the man why he let the convict slip out of his hands.
