It’s back to business for abuse-accused media personality Somizi who is one of a select few SA influencers to be gifted a rose bouquet loaded with cash!

Last month, South Africans were left reeling by the news of their favourite local celeb Somizi Mhlongo being accused of abuse by his recently estranged hubby, Mohale Motaung.
While many rallied behind Somizi, he lost a lot of coin as a result of the allegations. He is seemingly dusting his shoulders and being welcomed back into the influencer community.

South Africa was left shook as they heard Mohale, the estranged husband of media personality Somizi Mhlongo, spill the tea about their alleged abusive relationship. In the recording that was first published by Sunday World, Mohale details how he was attacked by Somizi on more than one occasion.
Shortly after the news broke, Somizi was suspended from being a judge on Idols SA and his partnership with South African shoe company, Bathu sneakers.
After taking a short break from the spotlight and the widespread criticism from South Africans, Somizi returned to social media and opened his comment section while thanking his fans and friends for all the support he’s been getting during this time.
On Wednesday 1 September, the reality TV star also headed online to share that he was not only making a social media comeback but also being welcomed back as an influencer in the South African online community.

The celeb headed over to his Instagram to celebrate Spring Day and some spoils from Wonga Vida, a social media content sharing app that enables users to get paid for creating great. While it isn’t clear whether he will be partnering with the organisation, he was definitely excited to be gifted 120 red roses which can cost up to R3000 that were wrapped in R12 000 worth of R100 notes.
According to Briefly News, Somgaga also got a brand new iPhone 12.
