Shauwn Mkhize aka MaMkhize – mother of Andile Mpisane – has clapped back at claims she abducted his daughter Florence whom he shares with ex Sithelo Shozi.

Shauwn Mkhize aka “MaMkhize,” has clapped back at allegations via her legal representative that she “abducted” her granddaughter Florence, whose father is Andile Mpisane – insisting the claims are purely a “media attention-seeking stun.”
The bold allegations were made by Andile’s ex, Sithelo Shozi, who filed papers of child abduction against the mother and daughter duo in a Johannesburg High Court last week.
Sithelo shares daughters Florence and Coco Likuwe with the Royal AM chairman.

MAMKHIZE DENIES CHILD ABDUCTION
According to TimesLive, MaMkhize denied Sithelo’s allegations that she “unlawfully and unconstitutionally” abducted Florence in March 2022.
According to a 24-page affidavit, Sithelo alleges MaMkhize requested to see her grandchildren Coco and Florence for a sleepover last year. But while Coco was returned home to Sithelo, Florence was not and is still in the custody of MaMkhize and Andile Mpisane.

Sithelo further alleged that both parties denied her visitation after relocating Florence from Durban to Johannesburg. She is seeking an interim order to have the child returned home immediately. Additionally, she wants the courts to prevent Andile and MaMkhize from removing the children from her home without her written consent.
Speaking via her attorney Ntsako Godi, MaMkhize, however, clapped back, telling the publication: “The child was never abducted and has at all times since birth been raised in the house of MaMkhize and Andile.

“We will defend this application, and we are confident of our case. This is a media attention-seeking stunt”.
ANDILE MPISANE ‘DENIED’ ACCESS TO HIS SECOND CHILD?
Meanwhile, MaMkhize’s attorney has accused Sithelo Shozi of withholding Andile Mpisane access to his other daughter Coco.
He said: “Why are Andile’s rights in respect to the other child not taken into account? Why should we be worried about Sithelo not having seen her child since March, but it’s fine for Andile not having access?”
Godi added that Sithelo was “jealous” of Andile’s relationship with his wife Tamia, whom he shares daughter Miaandy with.
He added: “She’s bitter and jealous that Andile has found happiness elsewhere.”
