‘I didn’t lie’: Sane’s half-baked apology to Londie on ‘RHOD reunion’

‘Sorry, not sorry’ – those were pretty much the words Sane had for former Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) star and singer, Londie London, at the season three reunion which aired on 10 May.

The private chef’s backhanded apology comes after she had Londie heated under the collar in the second episode upon meeting for the first time at Sorisha’s spa launch event.

SANE VERBALLY ATRACKS LONDIE

While all the other ladies were excited to see the Suk’ Emabhozeni singer and catch up on the day as she no longer resides in Durban and is no longer a cast member, everyone was flabbergasted by Sane’s nasty comments about Londie’s failed marriage.

Last year, the musician confirmed to her Instagram followers that she was no longer married to her husband and father of her two kids, Hlubi Nkosi. Her announcement came months after City Press, reported that the businessman impregnated both Londie and influencer Phumla M in the same year.

Sane used the same reports to launch her attack on Londie, who had said she was not comfortable discussing her personal life in front of her.

“You are rude, that’s why he left you. If you were not too rude, your man would still be here… you would still be living in KZN with us and not hosting silly events.”

When Londie told her to “shut up,” highlighting that she left Hlubi and not the other way around, Sane was not hearing it. She called the singer a depressed mom who is no longer living the “soft life”.

‘I’M SORRY… BUT I DIDN’T LIE’

During the reunion, Sane did not cooperate with MaBlerh much in answering his questions about her beef with Londie. She, instead, pretended to not know who Londie was when she was asked if the two of them had history prior to the show.

“I did not attack her,” she told the host.

In addition, Sane, who had no intentions of apologising, eventually said a few words about her comments on the singer.

“Shame, hey. I’d like to take this opportunity to apologise. Not just to apologise, but to apologise again and again to Londie and say that I’m sorry if I offended her… but then again, I didn’t lie,” Sane said.

When asked if she’d accept that apology if she was in Londie’s shoes, Sane sarcastically replied: “Forgiveness is a personal choice. It’s up to that person if they accept it or not.”
