Royal coronation: Prince George’s important role revealed

Prince William’s eldest son, Prince George’s special role at his grandfather’s royal coronation has been revealed.

As second in line to the throne, Prince George has a very important role at his grandfather, King Charles III’s royal coronation, The Sun reports.

PRINCE GEORGE’S IMPORTANT ROLE REVEALED

The Prince and Princess of Wales’ eldest son, Prince George, will have a very special and important role at King Charles III’s coronation, The Sun reports.

According to The Sun, the prince will be one of the King’s Pages of Honour.

According to the royal website, the Pages of Honour will form a procession for King Charles and the Queen Consort as they travel through the Nave of Westminster Abbey. 

Camilla’s grandchildren, Master Gus, Master Louis Lopes and Master Freddy Parker Bowles will be the Queen’s Pages of Honour.

PRINCE OF WALES’ KIDS PART OF ROYAL PROCESSION

Leaked royal coronation plans reveal that Prince William’s children will have a special role in the coronation celebrations.

Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis ,4, are likely to accompany their grandfather, King Charles III, and Queen Consort Camilla as they make their way back to the palace after the coronation service, the Times reports.

According to OK! the three siblings are expected to join their parents in a carriage.

After the service, the King and Queen Consort will travel in the Golden State Coach as they return to Buckingham Palace from Westminster Abbey.

In September, George and Charlotte also attended their great-grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth’s state funeral at Westminster Abbey.
