Royal coronation: Britain’s biggest stage EVER

The royal coronation is fast approaching, and royal fans are gearing up for a celebration unlike any other. With the service out of the way on Saturday, music fans will prepare for the coronation concert, to be hosted on the biggest stage ever created in Britain, The Sun reports.

A ROYAL CORONATION STAGE FIT FOR A KING

The royal family will attend the coronation concert at Windsor Castle on Sunday, the day after the royal coronation service.

According to The Sun, the stage built for the King’s coronation is the biggest ever erected.

The stage is reportedly designed in the shape of a giant Union Jack and is covered in a crown-shaped roof.

Some of the hottest names in the international music industry will perform on the stage, which measures 95 meters. It will also light up in red, white, and blue.

KATY PERRY AMONG STARS TO PERFORM

According to reports, the American Idols judge and singer Katy Perry will be one of the artists to perform at the King’s coronation concert on Saturday, 7 May.

Perry will join stars like Andrea Bocelli, Lionel Richie and Take That.

The Sun reports the Italian tenor, Bocelli, will perform a duet with Welsh opera star Sir Bryn Terfel. The concert will reportedly also include soul pianist Alexis Ffrench and singer-songwriter Freya Ridings.

Variety Fair reports Perry is the ambassador for King Charles’s British Asian Trust to help child trafficking victims.
