A client or a friend? The tension between Laura Ikeji-Kanu and Chioma Ikokwu heats up on the latest episode of ‘RHOLagos.’

The latest episode of the Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOLagos) which aired on Showmax on Friday 29 April, saw the drama between Laura Ikeji-Kanu and Chioma Ikokwu heat up after a dramatic ending of season three.
LAURA LASHES OUT AT CHIOMA
The tension between Laura and Chioma started in the first episode of RHOLagos. Laura got in her feelings after she said she is friends with Chioma but the Nigerian lawyer referred to her as a “client” instead.
“I love all my clients but I think using the word friend is a far reach. I would describe Laura as an acquaintance and a client,” she said.
Laura then ruffled Chioma’s feathers after Iyabo Ojo told her that Laura wanted to slap Carolyna Hutchings. Carolyna and Chioma are good friends. So, Chioma was not pleased and later brought it up at an event. This led to a heated argument between Carolyna and Laura, over Laura’s sister, famed blogger Linda Ikeji. Linda and Laura took the feud to Instagram after the episode aired.
Episode four then picked up at the event, after the drama between Carolyna and Laura settled. The lawyer then asked Laura to ask Linda to take down stories written about Chioma’s best friend and business partner Kika Osunde. Laura then lashed out at Chioma.
“Please don’t let us talk about Kika here, and if you’re talking about Kika here. F*ck Kika!” she said which grew into a full on argument between the pair.
Iyabo and Toyin Lawani-Adebayo got into a mock fight to ease the tension and it appeared to work. Tweeps on the other hand questioned how Laura called Chioma her friend if she has not shopped at her store in six years. Take a look…

‘RHOLAGOS’ TAKE ABUJA
Chioma took the ladies on a trip to Abuja, the capital of Nigeria for a luxurious getaway. Toyin is quite annoyed at Carolyna for being late and the ladies butt heads but soon they all seem to get along.
PR expert Mariam Timmer maks her debut on the series and joins the ladies on the trip. Will the ladies get along? Well Laura already informed her plus one Celine that if she needs to fight.
“I’ll try as much as possible to be cool but if I fight, you’ve got to fight,” she said.
