It’s the new year and that means the Premier Soccer League (PSL) transfer window is open for clubs to release, loan out or sign new players. And while footballers are notorious for seasonally changing clubs, some are not in the business of changing partners as many have taken the necessary steps to settle down and build a life with the women of their dreams.

1.NKOSINGIPHILE NGCOBO
Nkosingiphile Ngcobo aka Mshini is dating girlfriend Thabisa Ntleki who is reportedly his high school sweetheart. The Kaizer Chiefs midfielder recently wished his fans a happy 2023 on Instagram with cute snaps of himself and his girlfriend.

2. MOTHOBI MVALA
Sundowns midfielder Mothobi Mvala is reportedly married to Palesa Botipe. The couple has one child together.
3. ORLANDO PIRATES DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER MIGUEL TIMM
30-year-old Miguel Timm is also a family man. The Bucs midfielder is married to Keesha Daya Timm and the couple has a daughter together.
4. SUNDOWNS WINGER GASTON SIRINO
The Uruguay-born footballer, who joined PSL’s Masandawana in 2018, is a family man. He is married to his partner of 11 years, Melanie Sirino. The couple not only share two daughters, they also share an Instagram account that they use to document their lives as a family.
5. KAIZER CHIEFS MIDFIELDER KEAGAN DOLLY
Keagan Dolly is married to his partner of 10 years, Tara Graham Dolly. The baller popped the question in 2018 and they got hitched two years later.
In 2021, the couple welcomed their first baby, Kiera Gray Dolly, and in November 2022 their second child, Kaira Ché Dolly, was born.
6. ORLANDO PIRATES MIDFIELDER DEON HOTTO
The 32-year-old Namibian player signed with Orlando Pirates in 2020 from defunked football club, Bidvest Wits. His Instagram is filled with beautiful pictures of his wife, Sasha, who is a doctor by profession. The couple reportedly has one child together.
7. MASANDAWANA MIDFIELDER SPHELELE MKHULISE
26-year-old Mkhulise and his partner had their traditional wedding in July last year. The couple has a baby girl together.
8. BRUCE BVUMA
Kaizer Chiefs player Bruce Bvuma, who is also a goalkeeper, is married to Ntswaki Bvuma — an entrepreneur and YouTuber. The pair tied the knot in 2020. It is not clear if they have any children together or separately.
9. VINCENT PULE
Orlando Pirates footballer Vincent Pule’s partner’s name is not known, but the soccer player shares images of her on social media whenever he wishes her a happy birthday. The 30-year-old attacking midfielder also makes a habit of sharing pics of his son and all the fun activities they get up to.
10. ITUMELENG KHUNE
The Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, who is also known as “The Humble One,” “Spider Kid” and “Mzansi’s No.1” is a happily married man.
The star is married to KZN beauty Sphelele Makhunga. The couple, who celebrated their traditional wedding in June this year, has two children together.
11. BONGANI ZUNGU
The former Amiens SC striker is in a relationship with actress Cindy Mahlangu who is well-known for her role as Siyanda in The Queen. Reports of the Sundowns footballer and the Blood & Water actress dating began doing the rounds in August 2020 when they began “flirting” with one another on social media. At the time, Zungu was still on loan to Scottish club Rangers FC from French club, Amiens SC.
In April 2022 the couple welcomed their first child together.
12. SIYABONGA MPONTSHA
Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Siyabonga Mpontshane is also a family man and does not shy away from displaying his affection for his wife on social media. The KZN-born footballer has three children, a son named Cairo and two daughters named Ndalo and Liana.
13. NJABULO NGCOBO
The Amakhosi defender tied the knot in August last year. News of the 28-year-old’s wedding got out when a woman named Gugu Mkhize — who is reported to be the mother of two of the soccer player’s children — was allegedly hospitalised for stress-related illnesses after he abandoned her and tied the knot with someone else.
According to Isolezwe LangeSonto, Ngcobo had told Mkhize that he wanted a polygamous marriage and would like to take two wives.
