HARRY WILL RACE BACK HOME WITHIN TWO HOURS AFTER CORONATION

After much speculation, the Duke of Sussex will attend his father, King Charles III’s coronation on Saturday, 6 May, at Westminster Abbey. But according to reports, he will leave the UK straight after the ceremony to return to the US for his son, Prince Archie’s fourth birthday.

“He’ll be in and out of the UK in 24 hours,” an insider told The Sun.

“He will only be doing the Coronation service then leaving,” the source continued.

According to the publication, the ceremony will be about two hours long. Prince Harry will be on an airplane and in the air no less than two hours later. He will reportedly spend ten hours traveling 5,000 miles (more than 8 000 km) before landing in the US.

On April 12, Buckingham Palace announced that the Duke would support his father at the crowning ceremony while his wife Meghan Markle would remain at their home in California with their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

While some felt she was ‘disrespectful’ for not attending the coronation, Meghan will be in charge of Archie’s fourth birthday celebration.

“They’ll have friends around them and Meghan’s mom, Doria [Ragland]. Meghan will definitely have support that weekend,” the source added.
