Award-winning South African singer Nomfundo Ngcobo, popularly known as Nomfudo Moh, is beaming with pride after joining the “girls with titled deeds” squad.

The fast-rising star is reaping the fruits of her labor as she joins a list of SA stars who have splurged their hard-earned cash on properties this year, and we are here for it.

NOMFUNDO MOH SHARES A PICTURE OF HER NEW PROPERTY

The songstress has taken to her Instagram account to excitedly reveal that she has purchased her first property. Showing off her newly acquired property, Nomfundo shared a picture of her standing in front of her house, and expressed her gratitude for reaching this milestone.

Fans and celebs have congratulated her on buying herself a property and praised her for being smart with her money.

“Congratulations my love this is amazing. God bless you even more,” wrote @ladydu_sa.

“Oh man sisi congratulations. You are deserving of this and more,” wrote @dumantando.

“You’re absolutely amazing for this sis wam’. May God continue to bless you abundantly,” wrote @kidxsa.

2022 ‘A YEAR OF NUMFUNDO MOH

Nomfundo is ending off the year on a high note. after achieving many milestones she had always dreamed of. The Soft Life hitmaker graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Worker from the University of Kwazulu-Natal (UKZN) on 14 May 2022.

Taking to her Instagram account, she expressed her gratitude for her accomplishments in a heartfelt note.

“In our dreams, we remain unshaken, we will knock, and knock, and knock baze bavule #softlife #nathisiyayifuna. I’m super grateful for the love you’ve shown me. I feel like I’m serving my purpose. People are inspired and are ready to fetch their lives, the soft life they deserve, to be exact. Blessings upon blessings MohFam, may all your efforts to better your lives be a success.”

NOMFUNDO RECEIVES A DOUBLE PLATINUM PLAQUE AT HER GRADUATION CEREMONY


During her graduation ceremony, her team presented her with a platinum plaque for her hit song Phakade Lami, which had more than 9,5 million views on YouTube and more than 3 million streams on Spotify at the time.

The afro-pop sensation received a standing ovation when she walked on stage to receive her qualification. As soon as she stepped off stage, her team surprised her with the double platinum plaque.



Speaking to UKZN News, she expressed her gratitude for the achievement she told

“I am truly humbled by the love shown to me by my team and fans on the graduation stage. Completing my degree proves that I can achieve whatever I put my mind to. Thank you to everyone who believed in me. To the people, my MohFam, thank you for buying the music, thank you for the love you keep on showing towards me and the art,’ she said. 

The professor of the university commended Nomfundo for raising the UKZN flag high and wished her all the best. “Nomfundo Ngcobo has lifted the name of the institution high. We wish her well in her music career and we hope that she will always be associated with the institution in the future,” said prof Mkhize.
