Netflix looks to remove Nick and Vanessa from Love Is Blind
The creator of Love Is Blind and Netflix are debating their options in the wake of several requests to remove Nick and Vanessa.

As Netflix and the show’s producer weigh their options in response to a flurry of requests to fire Vanessa and Nick Lachey and replace them with “the down-to-earth” newlyweds, Love Is Blind’s favourite contestants Lauren Speed, and Cameron Hamilton are in the race to take their place.
According to a source from the show who spoke with DailyMail.com:
“There’s always been whispers about replacing them, especially now after the live reunion special, which was a complete disaster on so many levels.”
“If they want to keep their ratings up, there’s got to be a change.”
It’s possible that this transition will see the debut of Lauren Speed, 35, and Cameron Hamilton, 32, as the show’s new hosts.

In the first season of the Netflix series, the pair won over fans’ hearts as they quickly fell in love, got engaged, and were married after only a few weeks of dating.
The on-set insider emphasised that because Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton are genuine people, viewers can relate to them.

They are affable, down-to-earth individuals who can truly assist the competitors since they have been in their position. People want to connect with the hosts, but they are now unable to do so with Vanessa or Nick Lachey.
How Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton met
The former participants say they fell in love right away even though they didn’t really meet until one month after the first day of filming the first season of Love Is Blind.
A few days after they had finally met, Cameron Hamilton proposed, and Lauren Speed accepted without hesitation, admitting she had almost given up on the fairy tale until finding her “prince.”
As vows were exchanged, the touching ceremony had lots of tears and laughs.

Lauren Speed operated a marketing firm in her hometown of Detroit before participating in Love Is Blind.
She currently co-hosts the well-liked podcast We Have the Receipts with comedian Chris Burns, which recaps Netflix’s most thrilling reality series.
Scientist Cameron Hamilton, a native of Maine, launched the artificial intelligence firm Alliance AI in 2019. He also enjoys cooking and being in shape.
The Hamiltons are set to release their book
The happy couple will publish their book, Leap of Faith, in June 2023. It tells the tale of their enchanted romance.
In addition to their millions of followers on social media, the Hamiltons also have a YouTube channel called Hanging With The Hamiltons, which has about 700K subscribers.

Their “fur baby” is an Airedale named Sparx.
Numerous passionate fans have criticised the hosts, Vanessa in particular, on social media for their “cringy,” “condescending,” and “obnoxious” treatment of contestants on the recent live reunion special, which attracted about 6.5 million viewers.
They have voiced their support for the couple taking the Lacheys’ place.
