Mother of six, Zoleka Mandela: ‘Don’t pity me because I’m a single mom’
‘Respect me for having courage to do it alone,’ wrote Zoleka in a post asking people not to pity her for being a single mom to six kids.

Last year, most of Mzansi was left shook when Nelson Mandela’s granddaughter Zoleka Mandela revealed she was expecting another baby. Zoleka who is 41 years old and a single mom, has five little ones and is currently pregnant with baby number six. She has since headed online to slam those who have judged her for being a single mother.

South African author and granddaughter of the late Nelson Mandela, Zoleka Mandela, shocked many when she revealed that she was pregnant again.
Heading online, Zoleka broke the news to her many followers who were surprised to hear that she was having her sixth child.
Nothing shocked people more than the fact that Zoleka, who is raising her other five children by herself, will remain a single mother when she welcomes her sixth child into the world later this year.

While Zoleka previously spoke about the financial implications of being a single mother, she has also asked people not to pity her. In a heartwarming Instagram post, she gushes over the fact that she is taking care of her babies:
