‘MOHALE: ON THE RECORD’

Mohale Motaung’s upcoming tell-all, Mohale: On the Record is set to hit Showmax on 4 August. The social media influencer and actor will be interviewed by television and radio host Aldrin Sampear.

“A lot has been said about me, both true and untrue,” said Mohale in a statement.

“I initially had no intentions to publicly speak of the events that have occurred, due to an agreement I had with the other parties involved. But when the agreement was dishonoured by the other party, it became paramount that I tell my truth as I know it.”

“With all the misinformation in the public domain, it is my responsibility to correct any propaganda as I represent not only myself, but those that may have experienced a story similar to mine. I would also like to truly get to know me for who I am, as opposed to who they have assumed me to be.”

MOHALE ACCUSES SOMIZI OF PHYSICALLY ABUSING HIM

In a leaked audio clip from August 2021, Mohale accused Somizi of physically abusing him throughout their marriage.
“I took my keys and walked out, he took a knife. I was about to exit, so he said to me, ‘if you exit… I’m going to kill us both.’”

So I took my keys and ran. He grabbed the knife and said ‘if you walk out, I’m going to stab you.’ Now I see a different person. I was sh*t scared and walked back into the house. He said ‘let’s talk.’ He cried and we moved on,” said Mohale of one of their encounters.
