Bheki Cele parties with MaMkhize amid kidnapping claims

Just weeks before being both named in court documents on charges of child abduction by Sithelo Shozi, Bheki Cele and Shauwn Mkhize aka “MaMkhize,” were seen partying together on a luxury yacht in Cape Town…

The police minister and the Royal AM CEO were joined by Mkhize’s family and friends as they celebrated the New Year.

The businesswoman and Cele are named in charges of child abduction in papers filed by the entertainer. Sithelo is the ex-girlfriend of MaMkhize’s son Andile Mpisane.

BHEKI CELE PARTIES WITH MAMKHIZE ON LUXURY YACHT

In a video posted on her Instagram account earlier this month, MaMkhize gave her followers a glimpse of her lavish New Year celebrations. 

In the clip, guests – including Bheki Cele – were seen enjoying a party on board the boat, which set sail just off Camps Bay.

MaMkhize shared: “I spent the first day of this year with my family. I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

“I live for moments like this, surrounded by those who matter most to me.”

PALS WITH THE MPISANES/MKHIZES

It’s not the first time Bheki Cele has been an invited guest at MaMkhize’s VIP parties.

According to The Witness, the minister was a regular at Shauwn and then-husband Sbu Mpisane’s house parties in Durban. The publication also reports that Bheki and Sbu are childhood friends.

Referring to MaMkhize as his “foster daughter,” EWN reports that Bheki Cele even attended Shauwn’s tax fraud trial in 2012.
