Popular DJ Mark Pilgrim has celebrated being discharged from hospital after 64 days by proposing to his partner!

The Hot102.7fm radio DJ took to social media late on Saturday to share the fabulous news.
As reported by The South African website, the 53-year-old, who previously worked at 5FM, 94.7 Highveld Stereo, 94.5 Kfm and Hot919, posted on Thursday this week that ‘after 64 days, 7 procedures and losing almost 15kg, he was going home’.

And Pilgrim took the opportunity of being in the comfort of his own home to pop the question to his partner Adrienne Watkins.
Pilgrim wrote: “I love you my Adrienne… 😀🥂💍❤️”
Pilgrim has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, which he revealed in June had spread to his femur, the base of his spine and lymph nodes.
