Speaking to the intimate crowd, Mark’s fiancée Adrienne Watkins had guests tearing up with her words.
Adrienne – who works for a consulting firm in Johannesburg – shared the surprising fact behind the service’s bizarre start time – at 09:41.
She said: “09:41 is the universal start time on all Apple devices.
“As you know, Mark was a tech nerd, and at the Apple events, they do their big reveal at 09:41. And so, in celebration of our whizz kid, we felt that this was quite apt”.

MARK PILGRIM’S FIANCEE SHARES ‘FAIRYTALE ROMANCE’
Adrienne – who began dating Mark after his divorce from ex-wife Nicole Torres in 2020 – also spoke tearfully about their “fairytale romance”.
She said: “To my beautiful Mark, this is not goodbye; its farewell. The last two years have been the most incredible years of my existence”.
She continued: “From the beginning, I knew this was the love I had been waiting for. You are what fairytales are made of…what I’ve always dreamt of
“I will never stop loving you, my best friend, my soulmate, my hero.”

Adrienne revealed that she and Mark shared the same family values, dreams, and passion for music.
“You and me, kiddo, we were inseparable… You were my home…you were an old school gentleman. Even in the last few weeks, you ordered me flowers”.
