The World Tour cast of ‘We Will Rock You’ has sent a touching message to Mark Pilgrim who is currently in ICU following his cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

The Hot102.7fm radio DJ took to social media on Monday to share a message for the all-South African cast who are currently performing in the Philippines.
The 53-year-old, who previously worked at 5FM, 94.7 Highveld Stereo, 94.5 Kfm and Hot919, wrote that the message had “brought a tear to my eye”.

Pilgrim was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, which he revealed in June had spread to his femur, the base of his spine and lymph nodes.
