Bafana team manager Vincent Tseka opened up about his clash with Moroccan journalists, saying they wanted to bully them.

Bafana’s team manager, Vincent Tseka, opened up about clashing with Moroccan ‘bullies’ during the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) on 30 January.

The emotional game between South Africa and Morocco ended with many players and fans in tears. Going into the game, South Africa was the underdog, and many expected them to lose.

Surprisingly, they went on to win the match 2-nil and their fans, players, and technical team celebrated wildly. Achraf Hakimi missed a penalty during the game, and Bafana’s bench celebrated. All this did not sit well with the Moroccan journalists, who wanted them to cool down.

This issue escalated, drawing attention from fans, and now the Bafana team manager has opened up. After his post, Vincent left some fans asking him why he posted about the issue.

WHAT BAFANA’S VINCENT TSEKA SAID ABOUT MOROCCAN BULLIES

Sharing on his Twitter (X), the Bafana team manager said they refused to be bullied. His face in the picture showed how emotional he was about what the Moroccan journalist wanted to do.

“We refused to be bullied by Moroccan journalists,” he said, speaking of their position. “They didn’t want us to celebrate when they missed the penalty.” he finished speaking of why they clashed.
