‘Not answering questions’: Lee Thompson snubs concerned fans
Lee Thompson has blue-ticked concerned fans and media in the wake of accusations of him ‘scamming’ women for cash.

Lee Thompson may be putting on a social media front filled with smiles and puppies – literally – but The Bachelor South Africa star is refusing to answer questions about his wellbeing.
The reality TV star sparked concern in recent months after reports of him being broke, homeless, and later admitted into a rehab centre for substance abuse – claims he has all confirmed.
But the model and former professional rugby player is keeping his cards close to his chest, particularly when it comes to an update on his tell-all book The Truth Behind The Rose.

LEE THOMPSON REFUSES TO RESPOND TO MEDIA QUERIES
On Tuesday, Lee Thompson shared news of his book – which was originally cited to unpack the “deception, manipulation and lies” he experienced during filming of M-Net’s The Bachelor SA in 2019.
Additionally, the book will also cover the star’s recent public woes like “mental health issues and alcohol and drug addiction”. The memoir will also tackle Lee’s account of “suicide attempts” as well as “becoming homeless and living on the streets”.
The book has been delayed several times and has not been given a release date.

But despite his tall promises, many female fans have voiced their concern that the book is a “scam”. Speaking to The South African, a few even accused Lee of using the money to “fund his lifestyle”.
This, after pre-ordering the book and having no communication from the star thereafter. Many women also claimed that Lee Thompson had ignored their emails and had requests to have their money refunded.
The South African contacted the star but did not receive a response.
He did share, however in a since-deleted Instagram Story: “I wont be doing any interviews or answering any questions at this time.
“I will keep you posted as to when I am ready”.

REALITY STAR BLUETICKS CONCERNED FANS
Whilst Lee Thompson has disabled comments on his social media accounts and refused to speak to media, h has, however shared pictures of him bonding with his new puppy.
