TWITTER REACTS TO THE VIDEO

Fans seemed to enjoy seeing the social media personality “fight back” after things went seriously pear-shaped with his last bae.

Lasizwe may well still smarting over his “two-minute” relationship that went from beaming smiles to tears in a matter of a week.

WHAT WENT WRONG WITH THE RELATIONSHIP?

Days before Valentine’s Day in February, Lasizwe went “Instagram official” with his new bae, whose identity he did not reveal. He showed off his new love in a series of posts flaunting how happy he was.

A week later his bae was supposed to return to Cape Town, where he lives. Lasizwe bought him a flight back and dropped him off at the airport, only to later find him still in Johannesburg at a chill spot called Great Dane

Over Instagram live, Lasizwe was brutally honest about how the incident made him feel.

“I’ve never gowishad [gone through a lot] so much for a man. You leave him at the airport and then you just say cool let me go out with my friends, and then you bump into him at Great Dane,” he said in the video.

To add insult to injury, the supposed bae later made a video with another man in bed. They mocked Dambuza and laughed: “Why are you heartbroken?”

LASIZWE BOUNCES BACK

After crying over his Instagram stories, Lasizwe kicked his bounce-back plan into high gear. He took to social media posting pictures of himself smiling broadly and said:

“To my relationship that lasted for 2 minutes: REST IN PEACE! it was good while it lasted! #IGotMySmileBack #NoTearsLeftToCry.”

This comes just a week after he did a mock hospital bed post complete with earphones and a water bottle as props.
