South African musician Lady Du is all about spreading positivity, good news, and advice on her social media platforms. The musician just took to Twitter to celebrate becoming the owner of her own beauty salon and employing 15 people. The star shared a photo of the property while encouraging other people in the music industry to follow her suit and invest in their lives outside of the music industry.

Taking to IG, Lady Du advised people l to stop buying into the premise that wearing Gucci and Louis Vuitton means that someone is doing well and is successful.

And now she has taken to Twitter to remind those in the entertainment industry to think about their futures and “invest in their legacies”.

“Dear black child! Life as an entertainer is not guaranteed, use your money to build a legacy for kids. Thank you to all of you that streamed my music! I am a fully qualified beautician, I now own a beauty salon in the hood from saving money, 15 employees :pray::raised_hands::skin-tone-3: it’s opening soon,” she wrote.
