Khanyi Mbau just caught wind that Tweeps have discovered her long-lost music album and her response is hilarious. The album came to the light after a Tweep shared a snippet of one of the songs on Twitter. The song in question is Igwinya and left many South Africans in absolute stitches as they listen to what the reality TV star had to offer musically so many years ago.

Taking to Instagram the star appeared taken aback that the music was dug up. In true Khanyi likeness, she admitted that she probably shouldn’t have ventured into the music business.

Nando’s chips in on the fun

Fast food restaurant Nando’s even hilariously blamed Khanyi’s song for the rise in magwinya prices.

It appears Khanyi noticed all of the buzz around her and her music and decided to address it in an Instagram post.

Taking to her stories she wrote:

“Imagine make an album good or not, 15 years ago and it flops to only get recognition in 2023. The recognition being comical.”

“What was I thinking?” she wrote.
