Jub Jub has revealed he bears no ill will to his ex and mother of his son; Kelly Khumalo, after he heaped praise on her on Mother’s Day

This, after it was revealed that the couple’s 11-year-old son was allegedly expelled amid claims he brought marijuana to school.

The couple has had a bitter relationship since they split in 2012 on bad terms. Jub Jub – real name Molemo Maarohanye – has also admitted to never physically seeing his son.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY WISH FOR KELLY KHUMALO

Taking to his Instagram Stories on Sunday 8 April, the Moja Love presenter wished his ex Kelly Khumalo a happy Mother’s Day.

Posting a pic of Kelly and his son, he wrote: “Despite our differences, I would like to wish the woman who carried and brought my son into this world a Happy Mother’s Day”.

In February, Jub Jub issued a public apology to Kelly after he accused her of bewitching him with muti during their relationship. The comments were made during his controversial interview with Mac G on Podcast and Chill. In the interview, Jub Jub claimed that Kelly used muti to lure him away from ex-girlfriend Amanda du Pont.

In March 2010, Jub Jub was arrested after he crashed his car and killed four school children. Whilst Kelly Khumalo gave birth to their son later that year, her partner was behind bars after being denied bail, according to Mail & Guardian.

In 2012, the rapper was sentenced to 25 years, but released in 2017, after his murder charges were overturned to that of culpable homicide. But despite his release, Jub Jub claims to have been turned away from seeing his son, a claim Kelly Khumalo refuted in her reality show Life With Kelly Khumalo.

In June last year, Kelly tweeted about the narrative: “All I hear is excuses…any parent who wants to be present in their kid’s life will fight tooth and nail for that to happen no matter the circumstances, if not the court is always there to mediate in such situations”.

Kelly Khumalo is also facing an onslaught of criticism amid the murder trial of his boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa, who was shot and killed in 2014. According to tweeps, Kelly Khumalo “knows” who was behind the soccer star’s murder.

FANS ISSUE CALL FOR JUB JUB TO GET FULL CUSTODY

In his Podcast and Chill interview, Jub Jub claimed that his son had a long history of being expelled from schools.

For this reason, he attempted to make contact with Kelly Khumalo via a voice note. However, his plan to meet his son fell short after he claims Kelly denied him access.

Now, following claims the boy has been expelled yet again from school, fans are pleading with the muso to use his parental rights to intervene.
