After being voted off, former I’m a Celebrity South Africa campmate Andy Whyment has come out swinging at fellow contestant Janice Dickinson.

According to DailyMail, The Corrie actor, 42, said that the American Supermodel, 68, constantly ‘insulted’ hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly during her time on the show.

In an interview with The Sun, he said: “When Ant and Dec came in early doors, she was talking about what they were wearing and saying ‘you look terrible,’ and it’s like, these are the hosts of the show.”

“These are massive stars in the UK, and you’re just blatantly abusing them on national television,” he added.

Andy quickly noted that although he knows the supermodel is much more famous than he is, “manners cost nothing.”

Fans were left scratching their heads after it was announced Janice had left the camp abruptly. She sustained an injury after a fall in the middle of the night.

The outrage continued when Andy and his fellow campmate, Georgia Toffolo, did not return after Janice’s quick departure. The pair were sent home after losing out in the head-to-head battle with Myleene Klass and Jordan Banjo.

Many viewers took to Twitter to state their disappointment, speculating that there was perhaps another reason Janice chose to leave the show.

“Since Janice went out early, Toff should’ve been brought back in,” one Tweep wrote.

“One should come back to replace Janice. Toff is pure golden,” another wrote.

“Gutted that @andywhyment81 and Toff went home. They had already done a Survival Trial; it wasn’t fair they had to do another one! It should’ve been Paul and Janice that left! Andy and Toff should still be in! Gonna miss them both @imacelebrity @antanddec,” a third said.

“,Hmmm could this have been intentional??! She did not look like she was loving it!'” another Tweep added.

In an interview with The Sun, Janice said that she was stretchered off and taken by ambulance to a hospital to treat her injuries, whereafter she wasn’t allowed to return to camp.

“In the middle of one night, I woke up because I had to go to the dunny [toilet] … The campfire had gone out and it was as dark as it could be. So I thought: “Right, I’ll make it to the dunny from memory,” she said.

“I walked a couple of steps and tripped, flying flat on my face – hair all over my forehead, my nose was bloody and my whole chin was gashed open. Blood was gushing from all these areas, and there was dirt and stones embedded in my face from the fall,” she added.
