‘I cry myself to sleep’ being a mom of four taking a toll on Kim K

In a new and upcoming podcast interview Kim Kardashian opened up about the difficulties of being a single mother of four. The reality star shares her four children with ex-husband rapper Kanye West. The two got divorced in last year, she called her life a “complete chaos”. Kim went as far as admitting that she sometimes cries herself to sleep.

When asked about what her take on parenting is, Kim told a host in an exclusive clip of People, “Everyone says that the days are long and years are short, and that couldn’t be like a more true statement”. She went on to say, ‘parenting is the thing that has taught me the most about myself’. It’s been the most challenging thing.”

Kardashian talked about how nights are with her four children. She said, “we are going hour by hour to see if we’re going to survive night by night”. Kim continues if a tantrum comes in, oh my God, your life is completely upside down”. The mother of four went on to outline how a tantrum can turn the household on its head. She explained, “I mean there’s nights you don’t wash your hair for days as a mom and you have spit up all over and you’re wearing the same pyjamas”.

It is evident that Kim loves her children and her role as a mother, and she would never change it for anything. Bearing chaos in mind the reality tv star admitted that motherhood has been challenging and in her own words said, “there’s just nothing that can prepare you for this experience”.

KIM’S MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE

Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West separated after six years of marriage. Their marriage was in crisis at the pick of Kanye’s public outbursts in 2020. This came after his launch of his controversial bid for presidency.

The pair agreed on putting their differences aside for the sake of their children. The divorce was finalised, and the rapper agreed to pay $200 thousand of child maintenance every month. The former couple has joint custody of their four children.
