South Africans haven’t stopped laughing at a post shared online of local rapper Big Zulu responding to an artist who drew a sketch of him. The post shows the hopeful artist sliding into the rapper’s Instagram DM to share a photo of the sketch he did to honour him.

Big Zulu, however, did not appreciate the post and shared a hilarious response with the young artist and locals just can’t get over it.

Big Zulu’s response to an artist that sketched him is hilarious

South Africa has quite a few talented artists, some of who have become quite successful because of their work.

One artist may never reach that success after he drew a sketch of Big Zulu who didn’t appear to like his work – at all.

In a screenshot that has gone viral online, the artist, sends the rapper a photo of the sketch.

Instead of the appreciation and adoration he expected, Big Zulu asked who exactly the man in the sketch is.

“Ubani lo? (Who is that?)” he responded.

The man confidently replied:

“You sir”

The artist was not buying it at all and then hilariously accused the sketch artist of being high on something.

Mzansi is laughing out loud

Many people laughed all the way to the comment section where they joked about the funny exchange.

Some of them accused the artist of trying to steal famous local artist, Rasta’s work.

@GeeImhotep made a comment about Big Zulu’s notoriously strict personality and said:

“Big Zulu doesn’t take any nonsense. Even the respect in that ‘You sir’ still didn’t make Nkabi lower his guard.”

While @justmoesha wrote:

“Don’t steal Rasta’s job wena “
