Gogo Maweni has broken her silence about the ongoing allegations that she is behind her baby daddy and actor SK Khoza’s wild behaviour.

In the past few days, the Izangoma Zodumo reality TV star has faced a lot of criticism from Twitter users who’ve called her a witch. Tweeps claim she’s the reason SK (who is allegedly a deadbeat father) is unemployed.

According to claims, Maweni did not only bewitch the former The Queen actor, but also her other baby daddy, Siyabonga Zulu, who was fired by Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club 2019.

What fuelled the allegations was an Instagram post in which Maweni wrote, “I don’t have baby daddy issues. All issues were settled in my nduma [ancetral hut] The outcome was to leave them with nothing…if my kids don’t “eat” no one eats – do the math!” And indeed people did the math.

Speaking to Gagasi FM on Tuesday morning, Maweni said that she was also shocked to see SK’s behaviour. She also highlighted that he is going through things that she cannot speak about.

“For those who don’t know, I supported him financially and emotionally. I have never seen this side of him and I cannot comment on his behaviour because there are things that I cannot speak about regarding him.”

When asked if she’d be willing to help him with his problem, she said yes because he is the father of her child. She also said that he’s the reason she accepted her ancestral calling.

“I will be willing to assist. Sthembiso is the father of my child. I don’t hate him and I don’t like seeing him do all these things and, to be honest, I was hurt. To be honest he was one of the people who pushed me to accept my ancestral calling. I didn’t want to and he said ‘you need to go through this and I will support you,'” she explained.

Maweni made it clear that she does not want her name associated with SK’s behaviour.  In fact, she alluded to her ancestors “dealing with those who hurt her.”

“I have ancestors and they hear me when I cry. I’ve also had enough,” she said. “I didn’t do anything that anybody wouldn’t do.  When I say ‘wouldn’t do’ when something is above you you tell your ancestors and God, and what they do with it it’s their problem, not mine.”

Meanwhile, the traditional healer took to her Twitter to show off that consultants are coming in like the flood. Maweni shared a screenshot of her Whatsapp messages, with over 1000 texts from people who allegedly “need her services.”

The picture was accompanied by a tweet in which she asked her clients to bear with her as she will attend to all their messages soon.

“Thokozani my assistant n I will be responding to all WhatsApp messages and emails as soon as we are done with consultations. Please bear with us.”
