Former stunt double to Eminem, 40-year-old Ryan Shepherd, has tragically been killed in a collision with a pickup truck.

Former Eminem stunt double Ryan Shepherd has died at the age of 40 after being hit by a pickup truck.

Former stunt double to Eminen dies

Ryan Shepherd died at the age of 40 following a collision with the vehicle while attempting to cross Olympia Street in Kennewick, Washington. The rapper’s doppelgänger was pronounced dead soon after being rushed to a local hospital, his brother Kyle told TMZ. The driver did not get injured in the incident. They remained at the scene to speak with police after the incident took place, shortly after 2:45am.

Ryan Shepherd dies aged 40

Ryan, who lived in Kennewick, had two daughters aged seven and 11. He is best known for playing the superhero character, Rap Boy, at the MTV Movie Awards in 2002. Ryan travelled extensively with Eminem during his Anger Management Tour before being featured in D12’s Purple Hills music video as the star’s ‘clone’.

More recently, Ryan was a test automation engineer at Elon Musk’s SpaceX. He was initially a ride mechanical engineer at Disney.
