South African DJ Ntombezinhle Jiyane, popularly known as DJ Zinhle penned a sweet birthday post to her boyfriend and “baby daddy” Murdah Bongz on 9 June.
DJ ZINHLE TO MURDAH BONGZ: ‘I LOVE YOU BABY’
DJ Zinhle penned a sweet birthday tribute to her King Bongani Mohosan, popularly known as Murdah Bongz.
“Happy Birthday my king @murdahbongz.. ????,” she wrote.
“It’s your birthday, but I’m the one who’s celebrating the most. My favorite person in the world was born on this day.I love you baby. ❤️,” she continued.
DJ Zinhle and Murdah Bongz reportedly began dating in June 2020 but attempted to keep their relationship private. The pair became “Instagram official” after Murdah Bongz shared a picture of Zinhle in December 2020. DJ Zinhle announced that she was pregnant with Murdah Bongz baby in August 2021 and welcomed their baby Asante Mohosana in September 2021.
Asante is the Umlilo hitmaker’s second child. She shares six-year-old Kairo Forbes with rapper AKA. The toddler is also Murdah Bongz second child as he has a baby from a previous relationship.

INSIDE THE BLENDED FAMILY
DJ Zinhle revealed that her ex-boyfriend AKA wanted to have a relationship with Asante as well – on an episode of her reality show which aired on BET Africa in 2021.
“I spoke to Kiernan about the baby. He said I’m quite a rebel. ‘You have another kid, with another m***********’. He said your family must think you are such a problem,” she said.
“He said I need to know the details, so I said okay it is a girl. He said I was hoping for a boy, sit. My brother, it is not your baby and he said it kind of feels like it is my baby, I said wow, that is crazy,” she continued.
AKA apparently explained that Murdah Bongz has a relationship with his child Kairo. So, he felt like they couldn’t ask him not to be apart of Asante’s life.
“He said well obviously Bongani has a relationship with Kairo. So you guys can’t ask me not to have a relationship with this one,” she added.
