Did Thuli Phongolo just come out of the closet? Her fans think so!

Over the last few weeks, there has been a lot of speculation about South African media personality Thuli Phongolo and her very hush-hush love life. When people weren’t pinning her with DJ Maphorisa, they wondered whether she was seeing another musician, Mr JazziQ.

Now people think she may just be gay and not into men at all.

Thuli Phongolo and her endless dating rumours

Just a few weeks ago, Thuli Phongolo aka DJ Thuli P was trending as South Africans discussed whether she was dating DJ Maphorisa after the two of them were seen sharing a pretty intimate moment.

The rumours were soon squashed when Thuli was spotted at Ricky Rick’s posh party looking way too comfortable with Mr JazziQ, another prominent South African musician.

Of course, the news was trending and this prompted a cryptic response from Thuli who headed to her Twitter page to clarify that she was not romantically linked to anyone at the moment.

“Thuli P is not dating anyone or ‘with’ anyone in any way…’ – Lord let the truth be heard!!!,” she tweeted.

Maybe she’s just not that into men?

After all the rumours were cleared and speculations ended, her fans have now jumped to a different conclusion – she is gay.

It all started when she headed to her Instagram to share another fire post. This time the entertainer was wearing a dress shirt that read “Gay Pride”. She captioned the post “Rainbow Nation.”

As they do people quickly rushed to the comment section where they straight out asked her if she was a lesbian.
