American pop star Britney Spears married her longtime partner Sam Asghari on Thursday 9 June in Los Angeles. Their star-studded union was attended by the likes of Selena Gomez, Donatelle Versace, who designed Bitney’s stunning dress, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore and Madonna.
At the wedding, Britney and Madonna recreated their iconic smooth from the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003!

BRITNEY SPEARS AND SAM ASGHARI’S WEDDING
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari, who dated for four years before tying the knit, look stunning on their wedding day. The pop star wore three dresses including a wedding down designed by Donatella Versace before slipping into a black Versace mini dress and a red dress later in the day.
A source told People Magazine that Britney had started planning the engagement in November 2021.
“It’s a huge deal to her that she is finally able to get married. She wants it to be perfect,” the source added.

Britney, Madonna, Christina Aguilera and Missy Elliot performed a medley of Madonna’s Like a Virgin and Hollywood at the MTV Music Video Awards.
Seeing as Madonna was one of the stars who attended her close friend’s wedding, the two used the opportunity to recreate their iconic kiss from the high-energy performance.
Speaking about the kiss with CNN in 2003, Spears said she “didn’t know” the kiss was going to be THAT long.
“I’ve never kissed a woman before,” she added.

Not only did they recreate their iconic moment, Britney and Madonna danced the night away to Madonna’s Like a Virgin.
All the stars who attended the wedding also sang Madonna’s chart-topping hit, Vogue.
