Former Bachelor SA star Lee Thompson is reportedly homeless and accused of “swindling” people out of money with his memoir. Here are five things we know about the rumoured to be homeless reality star.
1. HE WAS AN INTERNATIONAL MODEL
Before the homeless rumours, Lee was an international model who has worked with several brands and appeared on several magazine covers.
2. LEE IS RUMOURED TO BE ‘HOMELESS’
You Magazine reported that the Bachelor SA star had been spotted “living on the streets” of Cape Town. This came after claims that he was kicked out of a guesthouse in the Cape Town CBD. According to the guesthouse owner, the reality star was evicted for “wrecking” the room.
“He’s not exactly a gentleman with a red rose. The room looked like a pigsty when he left. He’s a man in trouble,” she said.
“It was one big mess. The whole room was strewn with clothes, rubbish, empty drink bottles, and glasses. The kitchen floor was littered and even the furniture was broken. Not to mention the used open condoms lying on the bedroom floor,” she continued.

4. HE WAS IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH LINDI BEETGE
Lee gave his final rose to contestant Gina Myers but they later split. After that he was involved in a relationship with a blonde bombshell named Lindi Beetge.
5. LEE’S ‘MEMOIR’
Lee was supposed to release a tell-all memoir with the working title The Truth Behind The Rose. He, however, allegedly “swindled” those who preordered and prepaid for the book which was never published. Lee then subsequently “ghosted” those who complained.
According to the reality TV star, the book was cited to unpack the “deception, manipulation and lies” he experienced on The Bachelor SA.
