African musician Lungelihle Zwane, best known as Uncle Waffles and the Major League DJz were apparently at the American Met Gala after-party event in America this week where they got to rub shoulders with international A-listers.
ABOUT THE MET GALA
The Met Gala is a fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, Vogue reported.
It was started in 1995 by British journalist, Vogue’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
This year, it was said that American actress Penélope Cruz, British actress Michaela Coel, Swiss tennis player Roger Federer, Albanian singer Dua Lipa, and Wintour herself were amongst the hosts of the glamorous charity event.

UNCLE WAFFLES AT THE MET GALA AFTER-PARTY
After flying the flag high at Coachella recently, Uncle Waffles attended the Met Gala after-party.
It was hosted in the heart of New York, Times Live reported.
Taking to her timelines, the stunning DJ posted a series of pictures from the event and wrote,
“Met after the gala.”
In the snaps, she could be seen posing alongside supermodel Naomi Campbell and Nigerian superstar Ayra Starr.

MAJOR LEAGUE DJZ AT THE MET GALA AFTER-PARTY
The Major League DJz, Bandile, and Banele Mbere also didn’t forget their fans whilst partying overseas.
They also gave their fans a glimpse into how their night went and shared pictures of whom they got to meet.
The twins could be seen partying with Nigerian-born star Burna Boy.
When showing off the pictures from the after-party, Major League DJz captioned,
“THE AFTER AFTER PARTY…. THE MET GALA WAY 💃🏽🇺🇸❤️”
Several of their 1.8 million fans rushed to the comment section and let the DJs know just how proud they were of them.
